When my awareness includes gratitude, I feel very connected spiritually to my Higher Self, the soul part of me. The more often I am aware of all I am grateful for, the more balanced I feel emotionally. That balance and energy allows so much more to come to my life.
So, the start is awareness. I have a list of things I am grateful for that I can share with you:
- Feeling positive every day
- My healing abilities and intuition
- The rewards of doing the work I love
- Living in a beautiful environment
- Abundant healthy food and water
- All the amazing people in my life
- Most of all: You, the people, who read the words I write. You come to benefit from all I have to provide. This is the reason for my search for health answers for everyone.
